The Hemmings Family are very happy to forward you our 2021 coach holiday brochure for your perusal. 2020 has been a year that none of us will ever forget and we can only look forward to a happier and more enjoyable 2021. About our Holidays 

Our aim is to satisfy your needs whether you are looking for a weekend away or your annual holiday, a budget getaway or a hotel that offers five-star luxury, a local break or long haul. We have also introduced a new 48 seat executive coach to our touring fleet, to provide you with extra comfort which our clients have been accustomed to. 

Your Comfort, Safety and Financial Security 

These are of the greatest importance to us and likewise to you. Our customer feedback proves that our coaches our some of the most comfortable around and we keep them regularly serviced and kept in great condition by our own team. Equipped with air conditioning, reclining seats with lap belts, on-board toilet and hot/cold drinks, they will transport you in comfort and style. Our careful and experienced drivers are, we think, the best you can ask for. All holiday monies are kept in a client call account, which is protected until you return from your holiday. 

Why Book a Hemmings Holiday? 

An excellent choice of holidays and short breaks, British and European. 

Free parking at our garage should you wish to leave your car whilst on holiday (cars are parked at owner’s risk). 

Reserved seating on your tour coach fitted with lap belts, reclining seats, W.C., hot and cold drinks and air-conditioning. 

Well-planned excursions (see holiday pages for details, entrance fees are sometimes extra). 

How to Book 

To make a booking on a tour, please phone our office to check availability, we will reserve your seat and discuss any requirements you may have. Once we have reserved your seats these are held for a period of seven days, after this time if no deposit is received your seats may be released.

To secure your booking we require a signed booking form and a deposit amount of  £60 per person plus holiday insurance (if required). Booking forms are located in the centre of this brochure. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit card or BACS.

Written confirmation of your holiday will be sent out within ten days of receiving your booking form, this is also your invoice and states when the final balance is due. Please note that we do not send out reminders for final balances. Luggage labels, your travel ticket and timings will be posted to you about twelve days before departure.

Luggage Size 

A medium sized suitcase – 20kg (any extra luggage will be at the driver’s discretion). Carriage of any mobility aids must be requested through the office, please see the terms and conditions within our brochure.
